- Continued development of management, consulting and programming skills, especially in Internet-intranet environments.
- Implementation and support of leading-edge programming technologies -- from state-of-the-art client/server architecture to Internet-based applications used to develop Web pages and corporate intranets.

Skills
- Extensive experience with .Net Framework, ASP.Net, VB.Net and C# (1.1, 2.0, 3.5)
- Substantial database design and programming with SQL Server (7, 2000, 2005, 2008)
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise Library Application Blocks (1.1, 2.0, 3.5, 4.1)
- Considerable experience implementing WCF Services, Web Services and SSIS
- Expert knowledge and experience with AJAX, XML, XSL, XSLT, XPath, T-SQL
- Over ten years of experience with ASP (Active Server Pages) programming
- Long-term use of Visual Studio, Visio, Project, and other development tools
- Working experience with Access, MySql, and Oracle databases
- Thorough knowledge of ADO, DHTML, DTS, HTML, JavaScript, VBScript, VB6
- Practical experience with tools such as DotNetNuke (DNN) and IBuySpy
- Experience in mentoring and training
- Excellent communication, presentation and customer relations skills
